Nurses Right Now

For nurses

Your list of places comes first.

Tell us where you want to live or work. We use that list, plus your license and specialty, to introduce you only where it fits. The profile is free.

What we ask

License type and states, whether it is a multistate license, specialty, years in practice, travel or permanent, shifts, a start window, and the places you pin. A weekly pay target is optional. We do not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, immunizations, or a skills checklist in this version.

We also do not ask for patient stories. If a note looks like patient information, we flag it and do not pass it on.

What you control

  • Text messages are a separate checkbox. Leave it unchecked and we will not text you.
  • Anonymous visibility is a separate checkbox. Leave it unchecked and facilities will not see even a summary.
  • Your name and phone go to a partner only when you approve that introduction.
  • You can ask for access or deletion on the privacy request form.

What this is not

It is not a job offer, a housing package, or an employment contract. Three Paths does not employ you, pay you, or send you to a shift. A facility or a licensed agency does that, under their own terms, after you agree to talk.

The location fit score is a planning aid. Your board of nursing decides where you can practice. A compact label on our map is a dated planning list, not a privilege.

Places and specialties

Start with a state, the compact license list, or a city we publish in full: Phoenix, Dallas–Fort Worth, Atlanta. Specialty guides live on the specialty index.
