Nurses Right Now

FAQ

Straight answers.

If a sentence here conflicts with a legal page, the legal page controls.

Is a location fit score a job offer?

No. The score is a planning aid for you. It combines the license you told us about, the place you pinned, your specialty, a pay target if you gave one, and your timing. It is not a wage, a bill rate, or a promise that a facility will interview you.

Do nurses pay?

No. Creating a profile, pinning places, and reading a location fit score are free. Facilities and agencies pay when they buy a location desk or, where we are cleared to charge, a nurse-approved introduction.

Are you my employer?

No. Three Paths operates Nurses Right Now as a matching service. We do not employ nurses, run payroll, set bill rates, arrange housing, or send anyone to a shift. A facility or a licensed agency does that, and only after you agree to a specific introduction.

Will you text me?

Only if you check the text-message box. That box is optional. It is not required to create a profile or be matched. You can reply STOP to end texts. We do not give your text-message consent to agencies or facilities.

Who sees my name and phone number?

We see it, because you sent the form. A facility or agency sees your name and contact details only after you approve an introduction to that named partner. If you opt in, partners can see an anonymous summary: specialty, a years band, license type, compact status, shift, and the place you named.

What is the Nurse Licensure Compact doing in the score?

A multistate license can make a compact state much easier. States outside the compact, and states that have enacted the compact but not finished implementation, still need their own license. The list on this site is a planning aid dated with our sources. Your board decides whether you can practice.

Do you collect patient information?

No. Do not put patient names, medical record numbers, diagnoses, or other patient health information in any form. We are not a hospital and we do not want that information. If a note looks like it contains it, we flag the submission and do not treat it as something to forward.

Can I delete my information?

Yes. Use the privacy request form to ask for access, correction, deletion, or to opt out of any sale or sharing. We reply to ops@threepaths.co requests. There is no other contact address on this site.

Do you sell nurse profiles to data brokers?

No. We do not sell personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising. A nurse-approved introduction is a disclosure you direct, to a named facility or agency, for hiring. The Do Not Sell or Share page explains how to opt out.

How do facilities find nurses who already want their city?

The facility page can show anonymous summaries for nurses who opted in and named that place. There is no fit-score rank on that screen. We do not hand employers a score they could treat as an automated hiring decision. Contact details wait for the nurse’s yes.
