Referral program terms

The offer

Three Paths may thank a nurse who refers another nurse to Nurses Right Now with a $200 gift card. These terms were updated on October 22, 2026. The offer can be changed or ended by posting a new version here. A referral already accepted under the prior version is honored on those terms.

The thank-you is paid only when all of the following are true: you submitted the referral form, the colleague is a different person with a different email, they complete their own profile, and they approve at least one introduction. A name alone, a duplicate profile, or a self-referral does not qualify.

Permission and messages

You may submit a colleague’s email only if they gave you permission. We send one invitation email. We do not text them because of your form. They choose their own consent boxes. We may refuse a referral that looks coerced, purchased, or repeated from the same household in a way that looks like abuse.

Taxes and the rest

You are responsible for any taxes on the thank-you. If the value we pay you in a year crosses a reporting threshold, we may ask for a tax form before paying more.
