Terms of Service for nurses

The rules for nurses who use Nurses Right Now, operated by Three Paths.

Who is offering this

These terms are between you and Three Paths, a registered business (“Three Paths,” “we”). Three Paths operates the Nurses Right Now website and matching service. They were last updated on October 22, 2026.

The only contact address we publish is ops@threepaths.co. Our mailing address for legal notices is [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS]. That placeholder will be replaced with a real street address before we rely on these terms in a dispute.

This is not a job, and we are not your employer

Nurses Right Now helps you record where you want to work and introduces you, only with your approval, to a facility or staffing agency. We do not employ you. We do not pay wages, withhold taxes, provide benefits, arrange housing, or send you to a shift.

A profile, a location fit score, or an introduction is not a job offer, a bill rate, or a promise that anyone will interview or hire you. Any job is between you and the facility or agency that employs or contracts with you, on their terms.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 and you must be seeking work as a nurse or advanced practice nurse in the United States. The service is not for patients and not for people under 18. You are responsible for the accuracy of the license, specialty, and experience you enter.

What the tools do

You can describe a place in your own words, pin states and cities, and read a location fit score. The score uses the license states you enter, whether you say you hold a multistate license, your specialty, an optional pay target, your shift and start window, and a planning cost index we maintain. The index is not a government statistic.

When a Gemini API key is configured, the place description is sent to Google’s Gemini API so it can be turned into states, cities, and lifestyle tags. When no key is set, or the model fails, we use a rules list on our server and the page says which one ran. The score itself is computed by our formula. A short explanation may be rewritten by Gemini. Neither output is a determination by a board of nursing.

The compact labels on the map are a planning aid dated in our research notes. Your board decides whether you may practice.

Introductions and what others can see

If you check the anonymous-summary box, a facility or agency can see specialty, a band of years rather than an exact number, license type, compact status, shift, work type, and the places you named. They do not see your name, email, or phone from that summary.

We share your name and contact details with a facility or agency only when you approve an introduction to that named partner. You can refuse any introduction. We do not sell your profile to data brokers.

Messages

Email about the profile you submitted is part of the service. Marketing email is optional and requires the email checkbox. You can unsubscribe.

Text messages are optional, require their own checkbox, and are covered by the SMS terms. We do not treat that checkbox as consent for an agency or facility to text you. Consent to texts is not required to use the site.

Your promises

You will not submit patient names, medical record numbers, diagnoses, or other patient health information. You will not impersonate another nurse. You will not use the site to scrape, probe, or overload it. You will not ask us to hide a fact a board or employer is entitled to know about your license.

Fees and referrals

Nurses do not pay. If we later charge a fee to nurses, we will say so before you incur it. Referring another nurse is optional and is covered by the referral terms.

Your content and our site

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a license to store it, use it to operate the matching service, and share it as these terms and the privacy policy describe. The site’s design, text, and software belong to Three Paths. You may not copy the site to build a competing product.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that a score, a compact label, or a match is complete or current.

To the extent the law allows, Three Paths is not liable for lost wages, lost assignments, or indirect damages, and our total liability arising out of the service is limited to one hundred dollars. Some states do not allow these limits. In those states, the limit applies only as far as it may. These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW STATE], excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that state are the venue, except where a consumer statute gives you a local venue we cannot waive.

Changes and the whole agreement

We may update these terms by posting a new date on this page. If you keep using the service after the date, the new terms apply to new use. The privacy policy, SMS terms, and referral terms are part of the agreement when they apply. If a sentence on a marketing page conflicts with these terms, these terms control.
