Facility and employer terms

Terms for facilities and staffing agencies that request a Nurses Right Now location desk.

A request is not a staffing contract

These terms apply to hospitals, health systems, other care facilities, and staffing agencies (“you”) that request a location desk or receive an introduction from Three Paths, the business that operates Nurses Right Now. They were last updated on October 22, 2026.

We do not employ nurses. We do not set bill rates, run payroll, credential a start, or guarantee fill. You, or the agency you already contract with, remain the employer or contracting party. Your own credentialing, background checks, and collective bargaining duties stay with you.

List prices on the website are an invitation to discuss a desk. The order form or statement of work we both sign controls the fee, the metro, and the term. Until that document exists, neither side owes the other a placement fee.

What a desk includes

A desk can include de-identified counts of nurses who named a metro and, where the nurse has opted in, anonymous summaries. A summary does not include a name, email, phone number, exact years of experience, or a location fit score. We do not provide a score for you to rank candidates.

An introduction means the nurse has agreed that we may share their contact details with you, by name, for a hiring conversation. You will use those details only to consider that nurse for a role, and you will delete them when you are no longer considering them, unless a law requires a longer hold.

Your duties

You will not ask us to screen or filter on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, pregnancy, marital status, veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law. You will make your own employment decisions and follow equal employment law.

You will not send us patient information, incident reports, or medical records. You will not represent that Three Paths employs the nurse or that we have verified a license against a primary source. License fields are self-reported unless an order form says otherwise.

You will not scrape the site, resell nurse information, or share an introduction with another agency except a vendor who processes it for you under a written confidentiality duty.

Agencies

If you are a staffing agency, you represent that you hold the licenses your states require for the work you do, or that you have told us you do not. Buying a desk does not transfer your license to us and does not make us your subcontractor for patient care.

Fees, term, and stopping

Fees are due as the order form states. A month-to-month desk renews until either side cancels with 15 days’ notice, unless the order form sets a different term. We may suspend a desk if an invoice is 15 days past due or if you misuse nurse information.

Introduction fees, when an order form includes them, are earned when we deliver the nurse’s approved contact details, not when the nurse starts work, unless the order form says the fee is a start fee.

Liability

We do not warrant an uninterrupted supply of nurses. Our liability under an order form is limited to the fees you paid us for that metro in the three months before the claim, except for misuse of nurse personal information or a breach we cannot limit by law. These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW STATE]. Notices go to ops@threepaths.co and to [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS].
