Equal opportunity and non-discrimination
What Nurses Right Now uses in matching, and what it refuses to use.
The statement
Three Paths operates Nurses Right Now as a matching service, not as an employer of nurses. We still build the product so it does not sort people by protected characteristics. This statement was updated on October 22, 2026.
We match on information a nurse chooses to give that is tied to the work: license type and states, multistate status, specialty, years in practice shown to employers only as a band, the places the nurse names, shift, travel or permanent preference, start window, and an optional pay target the nurse uses for their own planning score.
What we do not collect or score
We do not ask for, and the score does not use, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, pregnancy, marital or family status, veteran status, or genetic information. “Near family” is stored as the nurse’s reason for a place. We do not ask who the family is, and we do not offer it as an employer filter.
The location fit score is shown to the nurse. It is not sent to facilities as a hiring rank. The reverse desk shows facts the nurse opted to share, not a score. The hiring organization makes its own decision and must follow federal, state, and local equal employment laws, including Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, and GINA where they apply.
If something looks wrong
Tell us at ops@threepaths.co. We will review a report that the product is being used to discriminate. We may refuse or end a desk for that reason. This page is not a claim that Three Paths is a federal contractor, and it does not shift an employer’s legal duties onto us.
