SMS and text messaging terms

The program

Three Paths may send text messages about Nurses Right Now to a mobile number you give us, and only if you check the text-message box on a form. The program was described as of October 22, 2026. Messages can include a note about a place you named, an introduction you asked for, and an occasional product update from Nurses Right Now.

Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Three Paths does not charge a separate text fee. Your carrier’s rates still apply.

Consent

Checking the box is your prior express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Three Paths at that number. The consent names Three Paths only. It is not consent for a staffing agency, facility, or other seller to text you, and we do not pass the consent along for their marketing.

Consent is not a condition of creating a profile, being matched, buying a desk, or any other part of the service. You can use the site without checking the box.

You confirm that the number is yours or that you are authorized to approve messages to it.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to end messages. We will send a confirmation and then stop, except for a message needed to finish that opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or email ops@threepaths.co.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program may not be available on every carrier or in every area.

Privacy of the opt-in

Your number and the record of this consent are handled under the Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share text-message opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
