Three Paths operates Nurses Right Now.
The company exists because nurse recruiting still works backwards. A facility has a hole in the schedule. Recruiters search for a nurse who can be talked into that hole. We keep a list of places nurses already want.
Three Paths is a registered business. This website is the first version of the service. It collects interest, reads a place, scores fit for the nurse, and stores partner requests. It does not yet run payroll, post live jobs, or send email.
We are not a hospital and not a staffing agency in this version. We do not employ nurses, set bill rates, arrange housing, or dispatch anyone to a shift. Where a state regulates referrals as well as employment, we wait for a legal review before we charge for an introduction there.
How the software is used
A language model, Google Gemini, reads a free-text place description when an API key is configured. It is asked to return states, cities, and lifestyle tags from our list, and nothing about race, age, religion, disability, or health. The location fit score is a formula in the product, not a model score. If the key is missing, or Gemini fails, the same structure is extracted with a rules list and the page says which one ran.
Facilities never see that score. The reverse desk shows specialty, a years band, license type, compact status, shift, and the place. Exact years are withheld because a precise number can stand in for age.
